The Transactional Training Resource Guide is a compilation of materials relating to the teaching of transactional skills. It has been designed to be helpful both to law school professors and to professional development directors. It includes training materials that are commercially available, treatises, textbooks, and articles on the pedagogy of teaching transactional skills. If available, the Resource Guide provides a link that will take you to the website where you can purchase or review the resource. Clicking “More Info” activates the link.
